All fitness trainings require exertion and physical demand. It is recommended you obtain appropriate clearances from your doctor before engaging in the StrongerU Senior Fitness Instructor Certification. Depending on your country, province, locality, or facility, you may need a general group exercise certificate or other certifications. It is your responsibility to be informed of, comply with, or obtain any regulatory, tax, fitness, or education requirements, qualifications, certifications or licenses needed to conduct business or teach StrongerU Senior Fitness classes according to the laws and regulations where you conduct business or teach. Be sure to check with your government or local guidelines to see what the requirements are in order for you to teach.
Your StrongerU Senior Fitness license is valid for one year upon completing the online StrongerU Senior Fitness certification course and obtaining a “pass” on your practical video. Due to the nature of the program, and as with any reputable certification, a professional is expected to keep up-to-date on industry knowledge and skills to keep a high level of proficiency. To help instructors attain and maintain this status, after completing your certification, subscription to the StrongerU Senior Fitness Series will provide you with ongoing support and tools to keep your license up to date and your classes fresh and successful. Renewal will take place annually, one year after becoming certified. As long as you are subscribed to the StrongerU Senior Fitness series, your license does not expire.
If you're becoming a StrongerU Senior Fitness Instructor, it's because you want to recieve 30-minutes of brand new class content monthly in a rotation of four formants: Cardio, Strength, Stretch, and Circuit.
In a StrongerU Senior Fitness class, the movement is perfectly matched to the music to deliver an engaging fitness experience. Instructors are required to use the StrongerU Senior Fitness exclusive content provided. As a StrongerU Senior Fitness Series subscriber, you will receive new content each month to be able to keep your classes fresh and your students coming back for more.
You can continue to teach additional non-StrongerU Senior Fitness classes.
The StrongerU Senior Fitness Series is the monthly class content, exclusively for StrongerU Senior Fitness Instructors to learn and teach to their classes. StrongerU Senior Fitness Instructors in good standing, receive monthly content and resources to keep classes engaging and participants coming back for more. With the StrongerU Senior Fitness Series subscription, instructors spend less time preparing for class and more time teaching.
StrongerU Senior Fitness Series Subscriptions can be put on hold for medical and maternity leaves and some other instances by approval only. Appropriate documentation is required. To put your account on hold, contact contact@strongeruseniorfitness.com. During the holding period, you will retain all of your releases, but will not have access to any new content.
