
Starting Sept 8th, we're offering a special cohort of the StrongerU Senior Fitness Instructor Course designed to help you deliver a purposeful, evidence-based falls prevention program.
This specialized program will support recreation, fitness, and wellness professionals in the delivery of 4-weeks of programming during Falls Prevention Month in November.
Participants will complete the StrongerU Senior Fitness Instructor Course, gain access to 4-weeks of specialized classes and education resources, PLUS gain one year of monthly class content to maintain momentum long after Falls Prevention Month is over.


The Stand Up to Falls programming is designed to help older adults build the strength, balance, mobility, and confidence needed to move more safely in everyday life.
Each class intentionally incorporates exercises that support key areas connected to falls prevention such as cardiovascular endurance, lower-body strength, postural control, coordination, agility, and functional movement.

The class content in each Stand Up to Falls class has been thoughtfully developed to provide a structured, progressive, and engaging experience for older adults of varying abilities.
