HOW OUR INSTRUCTOR PROGRAM WORKS
1. Complete the online instructor course.
Learn the fundamentals of senior fitness instruction including; anatomy, foundations in human movement, coaching techniques, modifying and adapting to fitness levels, and more. The course can be done from any device with internet access, and is completed at your own pace.

2. Learn the choreography.
Apply the theoretical knowledge to practical application. In the final module, you gain access to your first 30-minutes of StrongerU Class content to learn.

3. Film your practical video.
Once you've learned your first StrongerU class content, set yourself up in a private space that you're comfortable recording in and show us what you've learned - no audience needed!

4. Submit your practical video for assessment.
Now that the hard part is over with, submit your video via the details provided in the module. Submissions will receive a either a "pass" or a "resubmit". Upon receiving a passing grade, it's time to celebrate because you are officially a fully certified StrongerU Senior Fitness Instructor!

5. Subscribe to the StrongerU Senior Fitness Series.
Receive 30 minutes of brand, new, dynamic class content monthly in a rotation of four formats: Cardio, Strength, Stretch, and Circuit (Balance). You now have everything you need to to help the seniors you serve reach the older adult physical activity guidelines. Subscribing to the StrongerU Series also keep your certification valid in place of the usual Continuing Education Units/Credits (CEU's/CEC's) required by other certifications.
