Our Programs

The StrongerU Senior Fitness Instructor Course will empower you with foundations in exercise science, coaching techniques, modifying and adapting to fitness levels, and more - specifically for teach fitness to older adults. Upon completion of the course, you will be certified to teach StrongerU’s four formats - Cardio, Strength, Stretch, and Balance. Enrollment includes one year of monthly, done-for-you class content.

DROM_ForSeniors_logo.png

DROM for Seniors is a unique combination of drumming (the DRUM) and mindfulness (the OM). This certification will empower you to deliver an incredible combination of drumming, movement, music, and mindfulness in a way that promotes overall wellness. Enrollment includes one year of monthly, done-for-you class content.

Tues. May 12th at 12:30 p.m.

HOW OUR INSTRUCTOR PROGRAMS WORK

DROM for Seniors Presentation.png

COMPLETE THEORY PORTION

Self-paced modules accessible from any device with an internet connection. 


This portion takes 8 to 12 hours to complete.

GUIDED PRACTICE MODULES

Learn your first StrongerU or DROM for Seniors class through the Guided Practice Modules.

This portion takes about 4 hours to complete. 

SUBMIT PRACTICAL VIDEO

Film and submit your practical video for assessment.  All instructors must receive a passing grade on their practical video to become fully certified.

...CERTIFIED!

Gain access to 30 minutes of new, done-for-you class content in a seated and sitting format each month, to keep your classes engaging and effective.
